All orders are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post, or by Parcelforce Courier Delivery, dependent upon the size of the order. Realistically you can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days of placing the order. If we expect your order to take longer than this to reach you, then we will notify you by email. If your order is required at particularly short notice, then please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.
All orders will be despatched upon CLEARED FUNDS being received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques/postal orders to clear.
We will package all orders securely, however due to the nature of the goods, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that have occured during tranportation.
